The combination of various gases are called air, like nitrogen, oxygen, argon and other gases. It is present everywhere around you but we can't see it. Because, the molecules of air so longer distance to each other. Air is also a gas.
Air is a natural resources which is present everywhere around us. The air used to generate electricity city in wind power plant.
Wind, breeze and Storm:-
When air moves are called wind. When its moves slowly slowly are known as breeze. The movement of air is faster and it's nature is destroyed are called storm. This is the three term of air which are classified on the basis of speed of air.
Is air matter?
Yes, the air is a matter because it occupied space and has mass. It's the gasous substance. Which is fill in football, balloon, etc.
Is air a mixture?
It consist of several gases which are present in different from in atmosphere. Air is made up of nearly 78% nitrogen, 20% oxygen, 0.93% argon, 0.04% water vapour, 0.03% carbon dioxide and some other gases.
Necessary of air:-
1. All human being and animals take in oxygen from the atomsphere and release carbon diode during breathing.
2. The presence of oxygen is necessary for our survival. It break down the food in our body and provide us energy.
3. It is used by them to manufacturer food by the process of photosynthesis.
4. The animals living in water also take oxygen from the water.
5. The presence of oxygen is must to burn anything.
Important of air component:-
There are some important component of air are:-
Nitrogen:- We have studied that nitrogen consitiutes 4/5th of the air around us. It does not support burn. Nitrogen is very important for the existence of life on Earth as proteins, which are essential for life made up of nitrogen.
Trance gases:- Some gases like argon and neon are present in the air in the trace amount. Argon is used in electric bulbs, while neon is filled in tube light. It is also used in display board.
Water vapour:- The growth of plants and animals depend upon water vapour. They are an important part of water cycle which is responsible for raining and snowfall.
